Think of it this way: an oil change costs ____ (fill in the blank... we'll say $30.) That means you save $30. every 3 months, so you will have that amount to spend on something fun for yourself instead!
Alternate idea: Gift wrap the cerrtificate for your DH for Father's Day (guys DO get excited about oil changes) and then take the money you would've spent on his Father's Day gift and buy yourself something! :-)
Hey, it's better than nothing! That's just more $$ you can spend on scrap supplies
